1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Agent-Memo.AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent-Memo.AI provides cloud-based memory storage and retrieval for AI agents via MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration. The Service allows you to store, organize, and retrieve structured memory data across sessions.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Store malicious code, illegal content, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Abuse or overload the API beyond reasonable limits
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the memory content you store. You grant us permission to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Pricing and Payment

• Currently, the Service is free during beta testing
• We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future
• Existing users will be notified 30 days before any pricing changes

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Remain inactive for extended periods (with notice)

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

Agent-Memo.AI and Nervdog Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shanghai.
